लाली घाट के बारे में
Tucked gently between the larger, more storied ghats, Lali Ghat doesn’t call attention to itself — it invites.
Lali Ghat, according to folk legends, was given this name after a famous mystic saint of late 18th century, Lali Baba from Champaran in Bihar. He established his monastery here known as Gudaradas Akhara, which still exists as a holy place.
This ghat was stone-paved by the Raja of Vijayanagaram of Andhra Pradesh in 1890.
